Contract Establishment

We offer several different options of building to suit individual client's needs

Frontline Projects offer 3 different build options.  These are:

 

1.  Construction Management - The client is the main contractor and Frontline are engaged as the construction managers and the project is built on a cost plus management fee basis.  This is a fully open book and transparent method of construction contracting and will ensure the project is built at the best cost to the client whilst getting the benefit of quality and performance from a proven and lengthy track record from preferred subcontractors, suppliers and labour only contractors.  Frontline, on behalf of the client as the main contractor, obtain several quotes for each trade in the name of the client from the subcontractor, supplier or labour only contractors.  Frontline then evaluate the quotations received and prepare an overall construction budget including preliminary and general costs.  The fee for construction management is then assessed a a percentage of the cost.  This fee is then fixed as a lump sum.  As the client is the main contractor, all subcontract agreements, purchase orders etc are in the client's name and are paid direct by the client once approved for payment by Frontline on a monthly basis.

2.   Cost Reimbursement - Frontline are the main contractor and the project is built on a cost plus declared profit margin based on a standard contract agreement.  This is a fully open book and transparent method of construction contracting with all to ensure the project is built at the best cost to the client whilst getting the benefit of quality and performance from a proven and lengthy track record with these preferred subcontractors, suppliers and labour only contractors.  Frontline, as the main contractor, obtain several quotes for each trade from the subcontractor, supplier or labour only contractor.  Frontline then evaluate the quotations received and prepare an overall construction budget including preliminary and general costs.  The fee for profit margin is then assessed and applied as a percentage of the cost.  The client pays Frontline monthly progress payments based upon progress invoices from Frontline for works completed on site and as invoiced by the subcontractors, suppliers and contractors to Frontline.

3.  Fixed Price - Frontline are the Main Contractor and the project is built on a fixed price lump sum standard contract agreement.  Frontline prepares a fixed price lump sum contract figure specifically based upon the project drawings and specifications.

Full Budget Process

Your project is fully costed before we start, obtaining at least 2 quotes from our team of sub-contractors. Once the project has commenced you receive regular monthly updates showing what has been spent, and how much is left to spend.

Health and Safety Management
