The home consists of a ground level kitchen, dining and living rooms all designed to look out over the inbuilt swimming pool to the beach below. The upper levels have 4 bedrooms, a second living area and extensive decking all with outstanding beachfront views.
Construction is concrete block masonry and timber frame structure with vertical cedar weatherboard cladding. The structure is sitting on 72 x 5m deep reinforced concrete piles and a reinforced concrete foundation. There is a pitched roof clad in aluminium smart tray roofing with ceiling to be lined in tongue and groove panelling. Extensive site works were undertaken prior to the house construction including over 2000m3 of soil removed from site and the installation of 142 x 6m long soil nails to stabilise the sloping ground behind the house.
